If a Client sends you an invitation to work on their available job it means they have reviewed your credentials and believe you would be a good fit. You'll receive a notification to Accept the Invitation. And then you'll be able to view the full specifications, terms and budget of the job. If you're interested you'll Submit a Proposal for consideration.
